The quality of this furniture was outstanding and fairly easy to assemble. The flame is very realistic. I had one issue with the remote and the temperature adjustment. However, one call to the Dimplex tech support and all was well with a simple fix.
At first, I was told I would have to order an entire new one and try to fit the damaged one back in the box. After talking directly with Dimplex, I sent them pictures of the damaged mantle and they are sending replacement parts.
