Absolutely love it! Great unit for small size, very realistic and heats nicely. The remote comes in handy. We fit it into our existing entertainment center and after adding trim and tiles, it looks really nice, much better than pic attached. Customer service personnel were very nice and helpful. Note: There are at least 2 inches of space around entire unit inside entertainnment center after putting on trim and the back is open to allow air to circulate.

I received this fireplace yesterday, after having just ordered it three days earlier. I was surprised to see that it was delivered in two separate boxes, and even more surprised that it needed to be assembled. "Assembly Required" was not mentioned anywhere in the product decription. The directions indicated that it would take an estimated 45 minutes to assemble. In addition, the directions were inaccurate at times (need to turn clockwise...not counter clockwise) and hard to decifer the pictures provided. After a mere 4 hours, the fireplace was completed and after the frustrations of earlier, it turned out beautiful. It is larger than I had expected and provides a nice deal of heat. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. Our old fireplace wasn't venting well when burning traditional logs. This was the perfect solution: realistic flames and gentle warmth. Superb!

We bought this to use as a TV stand in our master bedroom. The wood is heavier/sturdier than I was expecting and the stain is nice & rich looking, just as pictured. Assembly was no problem, took my husband just over an hour. Fireplace works great!
