Designer, Daddy, and Messenger Diaper Bags

I haven't actually used it yet, but I have it all packed for when my baby is born. It seems like its big enough to hold everything, because it still has room for me to add more. I'm sure there are larger diaper bags out there if you're looking for something that can carry more that just baby stuff, but I honestly think its big enough for most people. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because I didn't know what color green was on the inside, when I was shopping for it online it looked pea green in some photos, and bright green in other photos, when I recieved the bag I realized its probably closer to the pea green color, but not as dark as the photos. I was hoping for lime green, that is my only disappointment so far.

I searched so hard to find a good diaper bag that would hold everything I need for our second child! I went through so many diaper bags with our first... I was hardly able to cram everything I wanted in the bag, and they always started splitting the seams or zippers, or velcro would start coming loose withing a coupe of months. They just didn't last!!! :( I AM the worlds biggest over packer. Because I like to be prepared for anything and everything. AND for anyone who understands Minnesota... That pretty much means packing for four seasons at once. haha I think that the style of bag "Be Prepared" is quite fitting! This time, I decided no matter the price, I was going to get a GOOD diaper bag that will last and have everything I need. I reaearched hard before settling on this diaper bag. But, still I cringed as I made the finaly purchase! It's more than I would normally spend on something like this! The bag arrived, and I am soooo pleased with it already! I was quite nervous because we don't have stores in out area that carry this bag, so I wasn't able to see it in person before I bought it. ANYWAY..... I just can't even begin to express how happy I am! My only (little) Complaint, is I wish that the snaps between the mommy pocket and main pouch, and between the changeing pad pouch and the main bag were magnetic. Minor detail in my opinion. I also was a bit nervous about the color patter. Looking at it online, I could not find a pattern that I really LOVED (other than the now sold out EVERYWHERE evening vines pattern) But this bag style was more important to me than the pattern, so this is the one I settled on. Now that I have the bag in person, this really is a gorgeous bag and pattern! I love it! After packing the bag, I found that it holds perfectly all of the stuff I want for baby with room for my two year old's stuff as well. I am so happy with my purchase! BUT the baby isn't born yet, so this bag hasn't been put to the true test. We will see how it's doing after a few months of use. For the price, hopefully it will hold up, or my rating will change drastically. I might consider getting a smaller bag down the road (Definitely going to be a Ju-Ju-Be bag) For my husband to use, or for quick store trips, etc. But, we will see down the read with that also. There are some people who reviewed about how heavy this bag is, but in my opinion, the weight is minimal until you pack it full of stuff. So, unless someone comes out with a bag that somehow has less of a gravitational pull when fully packed... I would not consider this to be a valid complaint. I have also heard that it tips forward. Mine hasn't. But I think that may have to do also with how much weight you put in which pockets. I wouldn't mind if it did though. I don't think it would hurt the bag. It's too darn sturdy! Bottom line, I would definitley recommend to anyone who likes to pack A TON OF STUFF, and good organization. It is perfect! If you don't pack a load, I would take a look at the BFF. That one is very nice also.
