The smokey mountain is perfect for getting that long low and slow smoke. I can get better pulled pork out of this than I can get at any restaurant. It does take at least a little know-how on what to do but there are so many forums out there where you can get amazing advice and recipe so that even your first attempt will turn out great, as long as you are willing to do your homework before. On top of being an amazing product you get the great customer service and warranty that comes with Weber products. I will be a Weber customer for life bc of quality products like this. You can't go wrong with this smoker.

Timely delivery and courteous delivery personnel.
It arrived mid morning. Easy to unpack. Clear directions for assembly. My son assisted with assembly. Zero problems with assembly...took less than an hour. It was ready to grill our lunch the day it arrived.
The unit came up to temperature far more quickly than any other grill I have ever experienced.... it was a very pleasant surprise. The overall time to complete the lunch grilling (4 burgers, 2 sausages, 4 large vegetables) was considerablby faster than my past experiences. Of course, the large grilling surface helped expedite grilling
1 meal.....so far so GREAT!
