Love, love, love this pan! I've been making various pound cakes and other tube/Bundt-type cakes for years. While there's nothing in the world wrong with a good ol' tube pan, it is...well, still a good ol' tube pan. This Bavaria Bundt pan, however, turns out a cake that draws folks to it like a magnet--wow! You can't beat a great tasting cake that's stunning to boot. Actually, it makes ME look better! This pan marks the first in what I've decided will be a collection of decorative Bundt pans. I figure I can get about one a month...can't wait to try them all!

Good for Traveling

Having a cake pan with a firm lid is very convenient, especially for traveling. It is more secure and stronger than a plastic lid. The only problem is that the lid and handle are a bit hard to get open without tipping the contents of the pan.
