The first one I received did not pump the water. The second one works well. It is quick,tastes good and cleans easily.It is a little noisy but makes a great cup of coffee.

The coffee container of my first order was broken when I received it, but the second one that they sent, was all right.
It's doing great, all you get are in the same size. If you are a real coffee drinker, don't waste your time with a blade grinder. Even the best blade grinders make some fine and some coarse in every grind. The only problem of this grinder is the cleaning, specially when using the fine mode some left around the grinding wheels. Anyway, I'm enjoying fresh grind and fresh brewed coffee since I got it.

Had one of these before but after 10 years it finally broke, I did get my monies worth out of this item and I have a good feeling I will get my monies worth out of this one. Hayneedle handled the sales and shipping in a professionl way.
