Good once I re-routed the chains

The chains were twisted where they attach to the hook so I had to bend the hook open, untwist them, and bend the hook closed again. The appearance is good. I have 3 daughters so it's used in the bathroom for sprays, lotions, blow dryer and other girly stuff that previously cluttered the top of the vanity.

I ordered the 18" wide size. It came unassembled, as stated in the description. However, it was not just unassembled. The thin plywood that forms the back was not cut exactly to size. One is expected to cut it, which is not an easy task. Fortunately, I own a table saw with a fine blade and I used a skilled carpenter to cut it for me. Then the back was glued on with wood glue and held in place with tiny nails and clamps until it dried. The next day we attached the back with tiny screws. If the back is not attached securely, you will not be able to attach the weight-bearing spice rack securely to the wall. Although the spice rack was packed carefully, I discovered a split in the wood on one side. After all the work attaching the back, I did not want to return it. As that side is close to a wall, the split is not visible. Inspect the item carefully when you receive it.
