Well made, solid razor. Retains heat under warm water, got a couple of close shaves with one blade. Go slow against the grain to minimize irritation.

I bought one of these for $10 more in the blow-dry salon. They used three to get a beautiful style. Bought one from the salon, then found these on hayneedle. LOVE this brush!

Col. Ichabod Conk Glycerine Shave Soap

This is the best shaving soap I have ever found. I really like the aroma of the glycerine. I have been using it for almost 20 years and because it is somewhat difficult to find, especially back when online shopping was in its infancy, I have tried almost every other brand and none come close to Colonel Conk.
