I was immensly impressed with the quality of this product. Excellent material, seems very durable and weighs a ton! After purchasing mine I found out that a friend has the same brand only slightly larger. She has canned with hers for years and had only wonderful things to say about this product. I can not wait for the veggies to get ready and begin our canning adventure!

My purchase arrived quicker than expected. I'm going to use this for canning after our summer harvest, so have not used it yet. I bought this because I liked the idea of not having to replace gaskets. It appears simple to use and the handle on top will make lifting the lid a breeze.
