Pool Conversation Sets

This was a great purchase. I was a little concerned about buying this on line and not seeing it in person but my daughter and I did a little local shopping and realized the same set was in a local store but Hayneedle was much better priced. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I was offered help from my kids (teenagers) to assemble because my husband is not the handy type and it has parts where you need two people. I must say all went well we just had to wait for Dad to get home to help turn the fire pit over (you assemble upside down and it is heavy). It looks and works great. My daughter sat on it for the very first time and said "I feel like I'm on vacation" Hayneedle is great for customer service. They send you a personal e-mail and a contact person for any issues. Our only problem was the vinyl cover for the fire pit was the wrong size but I contacted Tanya J. and it was resolved in a few days. Awesome customer service! Thank you so much. I wish it had a vinyl cover the shape of the cushions so you could stack the 4 bench cushions and cover them since they don't fit in a deck box.
