This is a very light piece of tin. It does look good at the moment , but I do not expect it to last that long. For [$] , I would expect more. Im surprised they are selling this.

Quality Fireplace for our outdoor pleasure in the evening. The cover is very cheaply manufactured. Tore when first installed,doesn't fit,tight and I was careful, very careful!

I've had this fire pit for several years and love it. The only draw back I've found is that it doesn't put out a lot of heat and if you try to roast a marshmallow over it, you have to open the grate in the front and stick the mallow in. Also, opening the grate to add more wood gets a little hairy because it's piping hot and sometimes you have a log that's fallen on the door. We've opted for a bbq pit pot holder to fix this and fire place pokers to move the wood around before fully opening the door. The cover that comes with the pit gave up after our first winter though so we use a small barbecue pit cover instead. Over all, a very decorative and functional product with a couple of fixable hiccups.

The product came packed well with good instructions. We used the item on Saturday and used it and it warmed the patio and vented well. The fire area is large enough that you can burn plenty of wood without having to mess with it.
