Comments about Body Rider 3 in 1 Trio Trainer - Elliptical/Recumbent Bike/Upright Bike:

Nice compact versatile machine! I am 5'1" 128lbs and was looking for an elipitcal that would be comfortable for my short stature. Just started using and seems to fit me fairly well. Like the option to switch between eliptical, stationary bike and recumbent bike without needing to adjust any settng. Would not recommend for over 5'4" or 180 lbs as it probably would not be very stable. Time will tell how well it holds but but appears to be built well.

Luckily my son came to visit today and assembled my bike.
It went together great and so far, I'm enjoying it.

Comments about Body Rider 3 in 1 Trio Trainer - Elliptical/Recumbent Bike/Upright Bike:

I can't believe this bike combines all THREE types of gym bikes into one.

I've seen the "two in 1" units on the market and was super happy when I came across a trio combo.

                PROS:
+ You can use it 3 different ways (a traditional elliptical, or an upright bike, or a recumbent bike)
+ Once you make the settings for your body, you don't have to make any adjustments again if you want to switch to use all three modes (so you can change up your workouts whether you want HIIT or on your recovery days from lifting).
                + Really smooth riding
+ The design is modern and doesn't look awkward. I don't mind leaving it out when people come over.
+ Front rollers so you can easily move it in front of TV or off to side for other exercises (kettlebell, abs, etc.)
+ Assembly was relatively easy for me by myself.
+ Backward pedaling to tone hamstrings

                CONS:
+ The handlebars might get in the way of watching TV if you sit to use recumbent mode, but I just re-positioned it at an angle instead of straight on.

Overall, I don't think I've seen this Tri Trainer many places. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy something for home workouts. The value is definitely worth it!!
