The quality was fine but the color was a bluish gray. Not as gray as the picture. I returned all of the carpets immediately, only opened one package, did not take off labels. TODDAY I RECEIVED A EMAIL STATING THAT I WOULD GET A CREDIT MINUS A LABEL FEE!!!!! I WILL NOT ORDER FROM HAYNEEDLE AGAIN. THEY DO NOT REQUIRE RELABELING!
