wow,, about half an hour out of the box and my wife was swinging on her mothers day gift!! it almost fell together ,,[ very ease to assemble ] and unlike some swings we looked at on line,it had all of the hard ware to hang it,all i added were two springs on the top of the chaines to make it a little softer to be on [ takes the jar out of getting on and off ]we are very satisfied with this swing ,
