I ordered this for my new bathroom on september 3rd, 2012 On September 5th, I get an e-mail telling me it's not available till November the 8th, 2012 more than two months from now!! Really??? Why is it on your website if you don't have it? Stupid and you've lost a customer forever. No wonder it was cheaper on your web site, you don't have it!!!

This piece was exactly what I was looking for. I needed a hamper that looked like a piece of furniture for a hallway outside my bathroom. The hamper holds much more than I expected! A little tedious to assemble but the care in packaging was great. This experience has made me more likely to purchase online again.
