This jewelry box looks as good in person as it does online. I liked that it looks like a piece of furniture. I would have given 5 stars but the first one I received had a shattered left panel. Hayneedle was great in shipping a replacement immediately; unfortunately the replacement that was sent to me arrived with a shattered right glass panel. Fortunately I hadn't yet shipped back the first damaged one, so I was able to remove the one good glass panel from that one and install it in the replacement. The actual jewelry box package appeared brand new on both I received so I can only guess this happened during shipping. However, if this is a common occurrence it should probably be packaged in more styrofoam or packing airbags. Great customer service though, very prompt replies to emails regarding credit for the first one, I was actually credited before I even received the second one. Thanks!
