Description
It may have a small footprint, but the Addison Jewelry Box - Mahogany is big on jewelry storage. There's a place for everything in this box. It's constructed of wood materials and quality wood veneers that will never warp or crack the way solid wood might. A dark mahogany finish is nicely accented with decorative, antique bronze hardware, and there are decorative moldings throughout the box. Under the top lid is a mirror, ring rolls and open storage. Six drawers pull out completely and offer several variations of organization. End cabinets are perfect for hanging necklaces, and all storage spaces are lined in a velvety soft taupe fabric that prevents scuffs and scratches.
Storage compartments:
The very top drawer is actually a faux pull-out drawer. Instead of pulling out this top compartment opens up to reveal the inset mirror along with three ring rolls and one storage compartment.
This jewelry box has six pull-out drawers. One drawer is divided into four sections, one drawer is divided into two sections, and the remaining four drawers are undivided providing space for larger pieces of jewelry, like watches or brooches. All drawers are fully removable, which allows you to carry them to another room to accessorize or to arrange the drawer order to suit your preference.
In addition to its drawers, this jewelry box offers two swing-out side cabinets, each containing three hooks for hanging necklaces and bracelets. Elasticized storage pockets at the bottom catch necklaces and pendants, holding them still and protecting them from scratches.
The luxurious taupe lining is made of a velvet-like 100 percent cotton fabric to prevent scratching. This jewelry box also features magnetized cabinet closures for soft and secure closing, as well as soft pads on the bottom to protect the top of your dresser or bedroom chest.
