This item is still half assembled in my day are playground, very difficult to assemble, missing parts and some of the iron bars were badly made had to return some of them back. 3 people tried to put it together but its still unfinished.
However the customer service was great.

Neat toy when finally assembled. The most difficult thing I've ever tried to assemble. The green bars on the main body need padding as the kids hit their heads when the plane rocks. Would be more exciting for kids if: propeller turned (either by battery power or pedal power), there was a steering wheel for the co-pilot (we added one), it had steps for kids to use to climb in, it had a way to move it around the yard because the grass takes a beating. Before we added the skirts to the rockers, it would slide sideways, but now it won't and it's too heavy to pick up.

It took 3 people 10 hours to put this airplane together, largely due to poor instructions, poorly tooled parts and missing parts. Two trips to the hardware store were required for screws that weren't there or didn't fit as they should. We had problem after frustrating problem putting it together. Once assembled, it is very nice looking and my boys love it. But I wouldn't want anyone to spend their weekend as we did when we undertook this project. Just skip it or pay someone else to assemble it.
Also, it says ages 3-10, but younger kids can't reach the ground with their feet when using the teeter totter and it's really just not safe for them. It's totally unstable and a grown-up must be there all the time to make sure they don't fall or bonk their head. It comes with stakes, but our soil is too rocky to drive anything very deep.
