This is a very attractive and comfortable swing. We assembled it and discovered it had a defect in one of the drilled holes for the bolts. Tried to find other bolts that might fit at hardware stores, but failed. Ordered another swing and sent the other one back. Customer service at Hayneedle is outstanding, and did everything possible to make it right. Now have a beautiful swing in the yard to enjoy for years to come. You will not be dissappointed if you purchase this swing!
