Following deterioration of three backyard wooden swings over the past 22 years, a wrought iron replacement was found in the Tropico swing. Following easy assembly and hanging of the first swing, a second identical swing was added from another accomodating branch. The black enamel finish and vertical orientation of the slats should fare well outdoors.

I very much like the style & comfort of the swing...We encountered a problem, however, during assembly. The one set of holes did not line up correctly to screw together. My son had to bend the welded piece in order to get the holes to line up. Very frustrating!!

I bought this for my parents backyard. My dad was very ill, and he did get to enjoy this swing before he passed away. It is very comfortable and will withstand the West Texas winds. I hung it on an old school yard swing frame, and did have to buy extra chain, but other than that, it is a beautiful swing, a comfortable swing. I especially liked the wide armrests. It could use a cupholder though to hold that glass of sweet tea!
