When I recieved my desk it had been damaged during shipping and I called everyday for two weeks before I got the damaged part replaced Im disapointed in thr response and lack of concern from Hayneddles customer service department

They forgot to predrill screw holes in underside of top. Took quite a bit of measuring, marking and drilling that doubled assembly time. Did not provide enough 3/4" screws. Color darker than shown. All that said, I do like the final product. Handsome and sturdy.

Use this to work with architectural drawings. The color was way darker than what is indicated on the photos. Took about an hour to assemble and the extra directions helped address the "pre-drilled" holes that do not exist.
