I ordered the Antiqued Plaid Steamer Trunk, however, I was shipped a different item. When I called to inform Hayneedle, the only option I was given was to FedEx the wrong package back to them, and place a second order on my debit card to hopefully receive the correct trunk. After I calmed down, I called them a second time to place a second order... only to be told that the trunk is out of stock for at least another month. Talk about POOR service. If you are reading this review to decide if it's worth making a purchase... take your business somewhere else!
