I ordered this and it was fine I guess, but there's no way to really know, since they don't ship it with any fuel to actually make the fire. And they don't seem to sell the fuel on the site. Yes I could get it from Amazon, but they basically only sell bulk. Kind of a fail!

I love this fireplace. I bought it because I live in a townhome and this is the closest thing I can get to a real fireplace. I initally bought it as a decorative centerpiece and it's turned into a nice way to warm the room.

I love this fireplace. I live in a town home and it's the closest thing I'll get to a fireplace. It's received many complements and it actually warms the room. I had issues with the initial item but it was replaced quickly and credited back to my account. I'm looking for a second fire bowl type item for another room.

A-you do not have to get the fuel on the web, but I can't tell you more...
B-advice: burn all the fuel you put into the fireplace container (if not it will evaporate and smell a little)
C-I think it release some carbon monoxide... needs some ventilation
D-after burning, it leaves a residue
E-hard to clean, unless you disassemble
F-easy to assemble and disassemble
