Even after following instructions on measuring this life vest to fit my dog, it was too small. The measuring instructions really had little to do with the way the actual size was picked. It was odd. I had to spend the money to mail this back which made it more dissapointing. Improve the way a person measures to make sure this fits and the product will work. Sadly, the manufactuers of this product make a LARGE which Hayneedle does not even carry.
