Set this up in no time. Instructions are easy to understand and took less than 30 mins to have it in working order. You might want to secure it to something if using it outside, to prevent it from tipping over if it gets windy. The initial start up took little patience, the pilot did not want to start up. We've been using it since we got it in and our guests enjoy watching football games with us outside because of it.

I agree with another reviewer that this is not as sturdy as it could be - I have it secured against my deck railing rather than rely on the small base to keep it from blowing over.
That's really my only "con" for it. It heats very well, good temperature range, looks nice, and I have never had any issues whatsoever lighting the pilot or the main burner.
I have recommended this to several friends.
