Love the look of this fire pit. It went together easily. Was disappointed with how beat up the box was upon delivery. There was a missing rubber foot. Customer service was great..they shipped what I needed immediately with no questions asked. We have not used the fire pit yet so I cannot comment on the performance.

Very satisfied with this firepit. Ordered on a Thursday evening and fed ex delivered it the following Tuesday. Took about 1 1/2 hours to set together. Directions could be better but we got it together. Puts out some nice warmth. I had to go to walmart and pick up a bag of lava rocks as there wasnt near enough to fill the box but it was less than $4.00 and I do plan on getting the glass rock

Hayneedle does a great job. Third big item I have purchased from them. Free shipping and no taxes. Quick delivery with order tracking. This Fire Pit table looks good, is sturdy and makes a great conversation pit to sit around. Only con's are 1) box delivered pretty beat up (no damage), 2) lot of assembly but fairly easy, 3) the lava rock included is enough to cover 1/3 of the area, if you are lucky. Never understand how a manufacturer could be so lame. Easy fix with a bag of lava rock from Home Depot. Hayneedle did not offer a cover but one can be found on the Internet for $26.

This product is fairly easy to assemble and works great. The shipping left a little to be desired when on the day I was going to receive the delivery it was cancelled because of damage. I had to reorder the same product and when the second delivery came the box was crushed again. I think the shipper can do a better job packaging and ensuring the corners and edges of ghe box are reinforced. All in all it is a good purchase and I am pleased.
