Easy to put together. My 2 year old seems to like it. Only con would be I wish it had a bit of finish on the wood.

We were so excited to give this sandbox to our son for his 3rd birthday! We assembled it and filled it with sand on a Friday and on Sunday afternoon, the center beam of the canopy was already broken. The canopy frame itself is flimsy and I would expect that we will have to just remove it and use an umbrella for shade. In fact, I wish I had seen that this same sandbox is available without the canopy - I would have bought that one as the umbrella posted next to it would have provided much better coverage and sun protection.
The hinges on the bench seats will also likely need to be replaced. They seem very cheap and not durable at all. Reviews of this same product on others sites indicate that many people have had to replace them within months of purchase.
Overall, the design is a nice idea, but the quality of the product leaves much to be desired.
