Bottom rails were damaged (cracked) and needed replacement. Went online to Badger and ordered replacement. Hasn't been delivered yet (week later), but so far has been easy to request replacement parts (for free). Not alot of clearance between top of rail and canopy. Overall, very cute crib and I think it will get good use.
