Cooker was easy to assemble, plug in the gas. I had an issue with some missing parts and shipping damage. Customer Service,Kim was fabulous, professional and took care of things without hesitation. Hayneedle is for real. the only issue with the cooker is the burner cooks the paint off. Not sure if anything could be expected to remain at those temperatures.
