Dont waste your money buying other carpet cleaners you will be just wasting your time and money. This machine really does get the job done and with very little time and energy. This one is a real keeper. High dollar but will never have to replace because of the 5 year warrenty and heavy duty build machine. Well worth the money!!!!!!!!!Outstanding sums it up.

I have used Bissell cleaners before; this unit replaced a Bissell pro-heat cleaner. This cleaner lifted more dirt when used as directed in the manual than the other products I've used. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the water flow never stops completely (my flow indicator slowely rotates when the trigger is not depressed), and there is no storage provisions to stow the hose. Bottom line: it is a highly effective carpet cleaning machine.
