This doormat is just beautiful and reflects the quality of my Bed & Breakfast. The only problem is that it sheds the top hairs all over the carpet in the living room, which needs to be vacuumed more often than before. Is there something that can be done about this -- maybe brushing with a wire brush? I don't want to do that unless it is safe to do so. I don't want to unravel the beautiful top.
