With a rustproof aluminum frame and a poly finish on the hardwood armrests, this chair is designed for use at the beach. A 600-denier polyester fabric is used for the seat and backrest, and a cushioned headrest offers an extra touch of comfort. This chair reclines to several positions and features a cup holder in one armrest and a book/CD holder in the other. This chair may weigh only 7 pounds, but it can support up to 250 pounds.

I ordered a two chair set of beach chairs. I received an e-mail telling me they had shipped. I received another e-mail telling me that they were out of stock and my card wouldn't be charged. Much to my surprise, two days later I came home to find a large box on my porch w/a single chair inside. The chair seems fine, but I was a little put off, that I wasn't given a choice of not receiving one chair, as I really had been looking for 2 that matched. I will keep the chair but it really wasn't as I intended or as it was represented on the site.

We haven't taken them to the beach yet but they seem comfortable and light enough to carry. They also have a zip pocket on the arm which should come in handy.
