Impress guests with the compact yet highly functional Bodum Coffee Maker - Black. This coffee maker showcases innovative technology by automating the popular "pour over" method - the premium brew drips into a double-walled stainless steel thermo jug with Bodum's signature locking-lid to keep the coffee hot for hours. You'll never need to replace the titanium-plated, fine-meshed stainless steel filters. An easy-to-clean silicone "showerhead" prevents chalk deposits, allowing for even water flow over the grounds. Watch your coffee brew in less than 6 minutes.
In 1944, Peter Bodum founded a company in Copenhagen, Denmark, focused on developing visually appealing products with endless functionality. By the 1960s, Bodum was already achieving international success. In 1974, Peter's son, Jorgen, created and launched the company's first coffee press. Bodum's Bistro French Coffee Press is now the most environmentally friendly coffee maker in existence, receiving numerous awards from international media outlets.
Since 1974, Bodum has leapt forward consistently, establishing in-house design teams, founding stores worldwide, entering the electrical appliance market, and more. And with each leap, the company remains rooted in Peter Bodum's 1944 vision to create beautiful products with fantastic function.
