THE BOX ARRIVED IN BAD SHAPE SO I WAS A LITTLE LEARY TO OPEN IT, BUT EVERYTHING WAS FINE, IN VERY GOOD SHAPE, ALL THE TOOLS WERE PACKED UNDER THE FIRE PIT. VERY PLEASED WITH THIS. NOW ALL I NEED IS SOME CHAIRS TO GO AROUND IT!

We have not used the product yet, so I can't say how it will hold up over time or with repeated use. However, my husband and I are extremely pleased with the look and quality of the materials used on the fire pit. We feel that it was a great product for the price. The product arrived extremely fast and was packaged very well. The item arrived in perfect condition. It will look great on our pool deck!

When our firepit arrived, the box was torn in several places and we were afraid to look inside. When we opened it, we noticed that there was nothing around the fire pit (i.e. styrofoam or bubble wrap) to protect it during shipping. Because of that, three of the 4 corners were either chipped or broken off, It was like someone just stuck the firepit in a flimsy box and taped it up.
On top of that, we did not receive any of the accessories that are advertised as being included (and can be seen in the photo). There was supposed to be a spark guard/screen, log rack and poker - none of them were in the box.
