This Vanity Set was simple to assemble (took about 45 mins to unpack and put together), and so far seems to be a good, sturdy piece of furniture. The stool is actually much more sturdy that I imagined. I'm going to reupholster with a more attractive material.
I'll try to post back in 6 months or so to let you know how it's held up.
The "antiqued" edges look and feel machine made and a little contrived, but I'm going to use a super fine sandpaper to smooth them out and bring up a little more of the undercoating so it's not really an issue for me.

I love this! I have been using it for 3 years and it is perfect. The only problem is that the stool does not fit beneath/inbetween the vanity. You can't use it like a normal stool- it will only fit if you slide it under vertically. I plan to get a smaller stool eventually, but it works for now.

This vanity appeared to be a good option in look & scale for the space I was going to place it in. When it arrived, it was more than good, it exceeded my expectations for the price. A good value. Not heirloom quality - but a solid, good piece that was easy to assemble.

I needed a vanity for years and finally purchased this one during the Thanksgiving sales week. The style of this vanity is lovely with lots of storage space. I added a vanity storage tray inside the middle drawer. The vanity was surprisingly easy to put together. I enlisted my brother to help me put it together, but didn't need any help at all. I just needed help bringing it to the 2nd floor. The delivery people will call you before delivering so make sure that you check your voicemail! They are very nice and will make arrangements for delivery and give and exact date. Since the table is quite heavy, the delivery person carried the package inside. Nice! I really like the little stool, but used my own chair because it has a back to it. Mirror is also very nice and sturdy. I also sometimes use this table for computer work. Will get a lot of use of this lovely table.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
