overall this swing set was very difficult to assemble. the wood is cheap. we had several boards split and the cross bar for the swings is too short. the swings are located too close to each other and we've had some issues with kids running into each other. I would not buy this swing set again had I know these things.

Make sure the star shaped bit is included before you get started. You cannot purchase this at the hardware store. Ours was missing, which added hours of extra assembly time. If I had to do it again, I would pre-drill the holes as the wood splits easily.

Two hours to sort and check - lots of extra's. Customized it for entire family (2, 12, & 15); the two year old's birthday party was a huge hit with ten plus children from ages two to fifteen. My son has a great time every day after he comes home from daycare. He will get several years of enjoyment for his new "clubhouse".
