I bought two of these chairs and packed them up to be returned five minutes after I opened them. I cannot believe that someone somewhere would insult me by sending such poor quality merchandise for the price I paid. They were poorly made, poorly painted and poor quality metal. Pretty design though. I hope a company takes them over that actually knows what they're doing.

I purchased two of these chairs, both arrived with scratches on the seats. Once put together, the chairs seem warped along the outside frame. I was looking for solid wrought iron, these chairs are hollowed iron. Purchase price does not reflect "hollow" iron chairs. Disappointed in product for the price paid.

I purchased 2 Brighton Rockers. Both arrived via Fed Ex in timely manner. Neither box damaged. The back of the first chair we assembled was very crooked. It appeared the holes on the back uprights had been drilled incorrectly. On the second chair, there were 2 dents that would surely have cracked and rusted over time. In addition, the screw stems already had rust showing due to poor painting. Hayneedle was great. They sent 2 return shipping labels promptly. Overall, very disappointed in the poor quality control. Too bad, because they would have a nice addition to our deck.
