Sensaire technology automatically senses a rise in humidity at the ceiling and will turn fans on to disperse it and off when done. The auto shut-off time is adjustable from five to 60 minutes, allowing you to conserve energy. Freshening 110 CFM ventilation is made nearly silent with a dynamically balanced blower and super-low .7 sone sound level, too.

Crafted with galvanized steel and a polymeric grille, the fan is outfitted with a permanently lubricated, low RPM plug-in motor engineered for continuous operation and fits a six-inch round duct for superior performance. It mounts to joists with easy-to-install four-point hanger bars. Two sets of mounting holes for the hanger bars allow flush installation with the bottom or top of drywall. UL listed for safe use over the bathroom tub or shower with GFCI circuit. Requires a 42W fluorescent bulb (included) and 4W night-light bulb (not included).
