Make sure to measure the studs in your ceiling before buying. My father in law is a contractor so he tried everything he could to get this to hang over my sink (the only place in my kitchen this would go) and he couldn't get it to work because my ceiling's studs are not aligned correctly for this potrack. I'm saving it in case we move to a new house, though, because I really like it otherwise.
