We have had this grill for three years, and are very happy with it. The direct grilling is superb with constant temperatures. The sear burner works well alone, or in conjunction with other grilling activities concurrently. The infrared burner needs to 'gas up' before it lights ( it took us a year to stop using long matches ). LOL
Now, for the true test: I am an avid pizza maker, and have an outdoor pizza oven as well as 'The Bull'. I used an elevated Williams Sonoma stone with stainless supports (included with stone ) with incredible NY style results. I then used 3/4 inch fire brick to line the entire grill surface, and converted the grill into a brick oven for pizza, bread, and various other baked items. Everything came out great because of the constant temperature.
I cannot fathom how this grill could be reviewed any less than 4 stars unless there were an installation problem.
Finally, an additional item wort noting is the outdoor refridgerator. The price is superb for the all weather construction. We initially were going to buy a new refridgerator every 1-2 years, as many brands can reach $700.00 or more, but The Bull came in low enough to squash this idea.
RECOMMENDATION: 5 STARS ( do not let this one slip away! )

Burners constantly go out. When they do work, the nobs are scalding hot to the touch. Worst grill I have ever owned.
