I bought this item as a Christmas gift, so I have not used the product, nor have I seen it in its new home. Nonetheless, the product arrived very quickly, in less than a week. I have opened the box and inspected the item which looks very well made, being realistic in appearance. It is soundly packaged and has 11 candles in place, ready for use. I am eager to seen it in my sister's home, as I think she will like the appearance whether it is lit or not. I expect it will provide just the right ambience I was seeking for her. Great service and well made product.

We live in a CA rental that was built in 1924 and is adorable but alas... has a fireplace that doesn't work. I've tried a ton of candle configurations including a 12 tea light straight piece of wood and a overly dramatic candleablra. This unit is absolutely perfect. Its the perfect size, looks GORGEOUS when lit and even my hard to impress husband and MIL walked in today (just got it and put it right in the fireplace and lit it) were equally impressed. There is no way I could find something more perfect for our space. I most def reccomend!
