Frustrating is a good word for not being able to fine tune the altitude.

Comments about Bushnell Voyager 900mm x 4.5 Inch Telescope with Sky Tour:

I received this as a Christmas gift, and I have to say the telescope itself is terrific for the amateur - you can see Jupiter complete with the Gallilean Moons and the Spot with perfect clarity. The different eyepieces are of good quality, and the telescope's mirrors are perfect. You are not going to discover a new galaxy, but you'll have a great time exploring our own.

However, the tripod in this package does not have a fine tuner for altitude. This makes it extremely frustrating to track or pinpoint celestial bodies. I came to this site to purchase a new tripod that has fine control on both azimuth and altitude.
