The hooks are ingeniously engineered so they don't jiggle off, when you are taking a pot off the pot rack. The spacing of the struts are pefect for the hanging of pots of all sizes and shapes. This pot rack holds far more pots than pictures show, and has made my kitchen efficient, as well as elegant. Bravo, and if I could give it more stars, I would.

My packing slip does not match the item I received. I ordered this in plenty of time for a birthday, now I have no present to give my friend. The carelessness on your end has cost me. I will not be ordering from your website in the future. You've lost a customer. I wish that I could give you "zero stars"--you'll have to settle with one, and that's being generous.
