Ordered this for my Son and Daughter-in-law for C'mas 2012 this year, at first it was backordered showing a delivery date of Jan 22, 2013, disppointed yes at first but my idea was to wrap the picture of the fireplace and order form in a large box for them to open... well I was ever so excited to get an email a few days before C'mas stating my order was in and being shipped. It arrived the Saturday before C'mas and I was smiling from ear to ear as we had a family gathering on that Sunday to exchange with my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. So YES, I wrapped the two boxes up and put near the tree and they were EVER SO EXCITED to have received this fireplace. The next day, we got a call and pictures that them two had put it together and says it is absolutley beautiful, says the color is perfect and true to color, stating it matches their furniture / decor perfectly. They have informed us they have it on every nite since. I have not personally seen it yet at their house except in pictures, but plan to this week get to see it in person. They posted it on facebook and said they love it. I also give them Lenox for C'mas to add to the Manager or other items and the mantel is a perfect spot for setting them up on. My son informed me it was not difficult to put together at all, the two of them did it and said there was nothing wrong with any of it, said each piece was wrapped ever so good for shipping. If your looking for an electric fireplace for warmth, cozy, this is recommended for sure. My son says it really warms up his house, he has a ranch style home. Highly recommend this fireplace and to order from this website.
