Description
Looking for something different? Treat your decore to the Camelot Metal Daybed by Hillsdale. Beautiful floreted arms, back and feet. Curved, slender slats. This fantastic metal daybed has terrific rope accents between its Victorian styled arms and back. Fully welded construction. Heavy gauge tubing. Solid bar wire. Arm height 37.5 inches. Clearance underneath the bed is 14-16 inches, depending on the alignment of holes used. The clearance is large enough to store the optional trundle underneath. The recommended weight for either the support system or optional trundle is 200-250 lbs. Some assembly required. Black Gold finish- textured black with weathered gold castings.A trundle is an extra mattress frame stored beneath a daybed, which slides out to provide additional sleeping space when needed.

Stay away from this bed. After receiving the bed, we noticed that all of the hardware and instructions were missing. It took 13 days to get the hardware to put it together. Also, parts of the bed were bent and broke off. We had to have a friend weld the parts back together and his comment was that it was cheap metal. Also, the free mattress is not a mattress-it is a pad. Use it on the trundle and spend the extra money to get a real mattress. Very disappointed in the overall quality of the bed.

I placed this bed in my front room which supports an Office/Craft room. I have great expectations for this small room which is helped my the elegance this bed provides to the rooms ambience the design gives to the room. Compacting two beds into one saves and maximizes the organization of this room.
