We use the hampers (2) in the bedroom of our small apartment and they provide a place to sort/stow laundry. I purchase a lot online and for the first time was very disappointed with the gross disparity of both the color and tone between the pictured item and the one received. They are more yellow than red and SEVERAL SHADES DARKER. I'm not returning them because they are needed now and not horribly unattractive. However, the most frustrating things were the assembly instructions and the corresponding hardware and parts. These instructions are the most blatant, irresponsible example of a half-baked idea gone even more wrong. Not only are entire steps missing, but the hardware did not fit the prepared parts (screws falling out, misaligned holes, etc.). We had to hit up our own tool box to do the job right. I wouldn't even recommend this product to someone I really dislike. This was just an unfortunate experience.
