Hayneedle handled this purchase extremely well, efficient and expedient. The chairs arrived as promised and should really have 5 stars but I give it only 4 stars because they are great for what they cost, but don't look like they are very sturdy. Let time tell if they hold up to the elements here in the Florida Keys outdoor bar of ours.

Two caps on screws were broken. We did not panic as my husband used the broken caps on the bottom of the bar stool. You can't see them. Other then that the bar stools were very easy to put together and are very attractive and comfortable.

Came well packed - easy put together - feels sturdy - tightened with socket wrench as wrenches supplied are junk.
Have not had outside yet so can't comment on weather resistance
