I like the glider that I purchased. The only problem was that it had two important bolts missing. I contacted the Hayneedle and they did not have replacement parts for the glider. They did give me a credit of $45. We did have some problem figuring out the thread count and size of the bolts that we needed. With the help of a neighbor we were able to get the correct part.
