I do like the swing and it looks nice. The only thing we did not like was it was very difficult to put the sides on. We had to bend the part that goes over the two screws when placing the second side one. Did not seem to go one right. I even called Hayneedle to ask what is the trick to doing it and all they said was it must have been defective and to send it back. Too much trouble to return so my son bent the metal part with much difficulty. There was also some loose resin that came unwrapped on bottom piece. I rewrapped it. I do like the swing though. Thanks.

The swing came in 2 days but they sent the wrong color. Customer service was very nice and helpful and sent another swing right away. The second one had three places where the wicker was broken. Again CS was very helpful and sent another and promised to have it checked out before sending. The thrid swing was just right and I am now enjoying it.

I do like the swing and it looks nice. The only thing we did not like was it was very difficult to put the sides on. We had to bend the part that goes over the two screws when placing the second side one. Did not seem to go one right. I even called Hayneedle to ask what is the trick to doing it and all they said was it must have been defective and to send it back. Too much trouble to return so my son bent the metal part with much difficulty. There was also some loose resin that came unwrapped on bottom piece. I rewrapped it. I do like the swing though. Thanks.
