Care
Before using your new cookware for the first time, wash thoroughly in hot, soapy water with a soft cloth or sponge. Dry completely. Prior to each use, it is recommended that you coat the inside of your pan with cooking oil for better cooking results. Allow cookware to heat up for a few minutes on medium heat before adding food. Do not overheat the pan. Metal utensils are safe to use with this cookware, however do not use sharp edged utensils that can damage the surface of the cookware. Higher cooking temperatures and longer cooking times can cause handles to become hot. Always use oven mitts with this cookware. This cookware is oven safe, even under broilers. Handles will become very hot in the oven, so always use oven mitts. If using a glass stovetop, always lift the pan rather than slide it across the surface. When salting water in this cookware, always add salt after water has come to a boil to prevent pitting or white stains.
